steam downloads.
Hi when I download from steam (England server) I live in England.
the download speed it noly around 100-500 kb/s
I was wondering what contry's server is good.
and is there any way to increase downloads in steam?

I did a speed test and it came up with 5.45 MB/s and I'm only getting 400kb/s downloading..
