NMCO Error After Crash

I'm pretty sure most of you are familiar with this error.

Cannot Open NMCO server ( Error = 2 )

I have looked for the fix to this error everywhere. I was only told that it would be fixxed when Nexon did maintenance on the game.

That was almost a week ago.
I am still getting this damn error, and it's really starting to tick me off. I can't do anything with my clan, I can barely play, and it's interferring with my Hack Testing!

If anyone has a solution to get rid of this, please tell!

It turns out both programs that are supposed to 'fix it' are just cheap taunts. It scans then says I need a registration code.

It means you have a corruption in your CA files, most likely a virus.

-2 is a common error for AV, you need to allows Engine.exe in the exception list or turn it off fully.

What it means, the AV is corrupting the files thinking it is a virus.

What do you mean by, exception list?
If you mean the firewall, then I've already done that.
