sorry i got mine 2lt 5 account hacked and i ticketed nexion they say u need to log on that account and send them a ticket i just made another account with better kd.
and update u anti-virus if u do not got a anti-virus get1 and get a anti-spyware that should help u and scan u computer everyday with a anti-spyware and scan u computer with a anti-virus once a week.
