Edit: i changed it some but in IR when you tween it moevs the bar so it wont be perfect ;[

i suggest lowering its opacity a bit...maybe make it a trasnparent - white gradient so it looks like a scanner...maybe have another layer with some low opacity grid lines behind it that fade out to add to the effect....that is my opinion though.

not a fan of the BG though....but for your first sig that is good with the animation and all :P

i never realised it before but the top of the animation bar when it is on the left side...kinda doesnt reach the top of the sig and you can see a gap...
