Yeah it works willrulz188 i used to use it but tired of it btw its a good hack BUT IT'S OLD(SORRY FOR SPAM)

When i start cod4 MP it says "The program cannot start because d3dx9_42.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem." when starting cod4MP normally (without hacks) it is fine. and i have followed the video tutorial EXACTLY. so i dunno whats the problem?
