I think you should just try any other hack, there are so much out there. Even some that are better then this one.

Im having trouble, I cant find Call of Duty 4 multiplayer, I can only access it in the campaign by clicking "Multiplayer" And it switches and opens up cod 4 multiplayer, Where can I find Cod 4 Multiplayer Icon? And I tried it without Multiplayer, And it dosnt work. The Injecter just Closes.

Your Command line should look something like that, probably without the x86

Also, i have trouble hitting moving targets. I never hit them with the aimbot.
