Do you even have WinRAR? What does the error say? Print Screen it... Im trying to understand what is wrong it should be explained bit more clearly... Take a screeny and il help u...

Ok i go download winrar i now a program called 7-zip file manager

hmm how about press print screen?

then ctrl v in paint or w/e u got

if you got an f lock be sure its off

Press Print Scrn, open like paint, Hold Ctrl and press V.
