there is only one way to get your level that high without actually playing
thats hacking into Nexons servers to change your rank
and i dont think you want to risk a law suit with Nexon.

However, there are visual mods that make it look like your a different rank, but doesnt really change it

or you can maake it look higher
example: GOA mod(makes it LOOK like your the General of the Army)
