Well, Since December 2009 Im using VIP which means 7 month streak.

I can guarantee you that I dominate a 100% of the hacks I use. Im that good that I can make other players think im not aimboting while Im.

Hes hacking. Its a vip feature called super no spread im pretty sure its patched now but it works along the lines of a normal scoped sniper and its super no spraed because its like no spread but super cuz it works for every gun
