How do I turn off my avg anti virus

okay i tried so hard to turn of my anti virus but i can't turn it off can some one tell me how you turn off avg 9.0 anti virus.

I don't have avg but i guess u right click on it and click disable or you can go to the thing where it list all the protection and click OFF

Uninstall that shit.
Then
Get nod32

Right click on the Tray icon and go to Exit...
If this don't work, CTRL + ALT + Del and find the process related with AVG, and close all them.
Or unistall because this sucks.

I got it, so stfu noobs if u don't know and post same msg all the time. Clicking right on tray doesn't work, they aren't any close option. U should go on ctrl+alt+delete and close process : avgtray.exe. It will help. And I suggest uninstall it permanent.
