    [SOLVED]Uploading

    Hey guys. I have just spent some hours editing a mw2 quick scoping movie that I was gonna put on youtube. So i went on my youtube account, pressed upload but then it said that it could take the file format that the movie was edited in, and it couldnt even get the music file format.. I have edited in sony vegas, the file is a .vf file, and if I could change that it'd probably fix the problem. But sony vegas wont let me!

    Any help? /

    You need to export the file as a .wmv, .mp4 or .avi or anything similar. A .vf is simply a project file which can't do anything if it is uploaded to YouTube.

    Here's the list of some well-known formats which YouTube supports:

    * WebM files (Vp8 video codec and Vorbis Audio codec)
    * .MPEG4, 3GPP and MOV files - (typically supporting h264 and mpeg4 video codecs and AAC audio codec)
    * .AVI (Many cameras output this format - typically the video codec is MJPEG and audio is PCM)
    * .MPEGPS (Typically supporting MPEG2 video codec and MP2 audio)
    * .WMV
    * .FLV (Adobe - FLV1 video codec, MP3 audio)
    I believe it's File > Render As.. on Sony Vegas Pro to save the file correctly.
