Overdose On Daily Vitamins On Craigslist?

1. Is it possible to overdose or harm yourself by taking too many daily vitamins? Like if I took 8 vitamins when the recommended amount is 2, would I get hurt?

2. What is better: eBay or Craigslist?
I'm about to sell a bunch of stuff and need to know if I should use ebay or craigs.
