How do i attach a file? im not seeing the buton can anyone help me?

could someone help me? a moderator? someone? i want to upload a loginscreen now and i don't know how i have already done the 2 virus scan, done the screenshot, i only need to know how to attach

first make sure you have winrar downloaded

then left click on your desktop and hover over new and click winrar archive

rename it put your files in it and when you post a new topic click the winrar file you put your hacks/files and upload it here

if you havent registered your email it doesnt appear
