Only smaller hit boxes, they run the same speed(or slower because with recon, cyc, anti-flash, and knife out I run slower than viper when she has 15% and I have 25% speed boost) ...

Nutshots are not 1 shot kills. They count as hitting chest I believe. You get nutshot if last bullet lands on nuts.
