Nexon Ban Procedure

As we all know, sometimes Nexon take long time to ban or suspend players; a lot of hackers like me never got banned or suspended and because of that fact we say:

Nexon its lazy
Nexon take a lot of time to ban
Nexon need a lot of reports to ban a player

If that's true, what happened to this players?

Do Nexon have an eye on new members?

Maybe they dont give a fuck about give ban that fast to higher ranks?

Do you think Nexon is preparing a masive banhammer for all hackers, starting with new members?

Do you think this is about the new recruit thing?
