Korean warrock help--end of step 2

Hello, at the end of step 2 on making a korean warrock account, where u have too type in a 3 digit security code, i use that korean letter creater site and then when i try to proceed to step 3 it gives me an error msg and doesnt do anything? anyone know what the problem can be?
