Anyone know if this game will be more realalistic?

Well. They said you will be able to change your ammo type. Lets face it the thing is on the IW engine. If you played CoD you have played them all. It's going to be the same with new maps, guns, perks, blah blah blah. Fortunately they are going to add a separate co-op campaign, as well and the normal SP missions then you get zombies to top everything off. Thats is a lot of shit to play. That didn't really answer your question, but right now there really is not an answer for that question.

I think as video games progress they will become more realistic. No matter what. Unless its games like Mario Kart or Dora Princess Adventure.
