We should have a random draw of all the CS every week and when they get drawn, they get a ban for a few days... ranging from 1-5 days. You could do like a draw for the number of days and the person.

Install every browser known to man.
Register multiple accounts, and use incognito/private browsing for dual-sessions with each browser.
Spam the flame section, since nobody really gives a shit.
Get posts. Get activity.
....
