Almost all of them have no experience with good movie editors

I suggest you get Sony Vegas 9.0 Pro (not 10.0) from Demonoid or TPB (Make sure it has the most seeders)
From there, you gotta make sure you have a Torrent downloader, I highly recommend uTorrent.
Just wait up to a week at most, less than a 1 day at the least....
Install, and spend the next few months learning about it.
Tip#1: DONT EVER. I MEAN EVER FUCKING USE COMMON EFFECTS IN SONY VEGAS
ie: Lightning effects, gay transitions, TV Simulator, etc;
Nobody uses the flash, and its one of the most simple and sleek
