No Recoil and No Spread

For some reason no matter what hack i use these 2 ones never work for me?
¤Yes I'm using Net Framework 4.0
¤Yes i have Repaired it over like 3 times already
¤Yes I'm Using PerX Injector
¤Yes It's saying it was Injected
¤No my hacks aren't out dated
¤HELP!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!

only thing i can think of is that some hacks don't work for some computers and unfortunately your hacks are not working for your computer , i have had times when people say "the hack work for windows xp" but when i try it i get nothin' :try looking for more hacks if you still get nothing just wait for more. thats all i can think of -snizox15

No recoil and no spread do not work for some OS's for some reason. Even if everything is up to date.
