Help = Disconnect at login

Okay so my friend wants help because he can't run Cross Fire. As soon as he logs in, he gets a message that says "disconnect from server".

If anybody could help, I would really appreciate it.
He has posted this on Z8 Forums many times, but nobody seems to be able to help.

are you injecting patched hacks?

also if your not I suggest re installing CF because it could be an internal file error

nope which injector ur using ? cuz the injector is patched... or ur internet is to slow

Well I get that every once an a while all you do is just click and start crossfire again it does that for me if I don't log in right away.
