    i need help, anyone?

    ok, so im still gettting the same fucking issue, i think my isp blocked MPGH (i use videotron, its qc, dont ask) and i tryed to change my ip, but it dint work, the only way for me to acces mpgh is by using hotspot sheild, i think i get a static ip adress, i dont want to loose my time calling my isp, is there any other way to change static ip's? because dabis told me to change my ip... thx, purple
