how to pplay mod wep

iam new to mod nd i dont know what to do when i download the file plzz help??

If it's a rez file, you place it in the Combat Arms > Game Folder.
if it's a .dtx file, you'll have to inject it using RezInject. go to the mods section and look at the stickies.
