    I'd just inject it into the files. Use RezInject.

    PV_AR_M4A1 into GUNS_TV_AR
    The other into GUNS_M_PV_AR..
    Then just rename your other file to .rezORIGINAL or something...
    And change the file you injected in from .rezNEW to .rez
