I heard somewhere that if you have a high prestige (7th+) on PS3 and 360, IWNet will place you into lobbies with high prestiges (7th+) as well.

Is this the same for PC? Can anyone confirm/debunk this for me?

Not the same on PC, and I am pretty sure that this isn't happening on XBOX PS3 too.
