So, if it doesnt unlock guns, how the hell i do it if i'll be in lvl 70 and it still locked?!

If running as admin doesn't work try re downloading as the file might be corrupted. If that doesn't work im gonna have to think about it some more.

It unlocks guns, just not the attachments for them. That will come soon with a later release
