Well i found this tutorial on the internet , im not vac banned so i didnt try
But give it a shot if ur banned and if it worked say it here

Sorry if you guys already knew this.

1. Make a new E-mail and Claim your someone else, don't write your real name (Not Yourself)

2. Make a new Steam Account and use the new mail for it.

3. Contact Valve with you new Email
And claim that your Steam client says "Duplicate CD-Keys have been used" give Valve this:

- A scan or digital photo of the CD Key.

- Any Steam account usernames you may have used (The new one you just created).

- Any contact e-mail addresses you may have used (The new one you just created for you Steam Account).

4. Your Done. Hopefully soon Steam will reply and you will the have the game on your new Steam account you just created.

just take your game you got banned take that cd-key and try to add it on a new steam account, and take the screen it will write down cd-key duplicated.

hes tutorial work fine but just got my account blocked after less than 5 hours. ( just did it like less than 1 week ago got the tutorial on another hacking website.

whut gave u the idea? ;D well. i dont think steam wud make a sry mistake like that, and for the threadstarter to share this with us, all the choobs will b trying this and jus saying if it actually works, steam will suspect somethin will all these duplicate keys. which do u think they wud expect, a flaw in key making? or hackers. im thinking hackers

this can work, u dont know how many times xboxlive got scammed of microsoftpoints/dlc maps+more, this could work, but if it does it wont work for long. People that handle these kinds of request dont really give a f*ck they just want to get them done. If there policy allows it, it will work. But ofcourse after 10000 request they will know that something is wrong and change the policy

just see the post I made in first page, it work but after sometime they just disable your steam account .
