The only good thing about being dutch is that it's such a small country that they feel the need to teach us english/german/french even though noone gives a f*ck and doesn't pay attention in class ;D

We learn englise on school, but my englise is very bad :P

Programming languages are structured around the English language because all the significant programming languages have been developed in Canada, USA, UK, or other English-Speaking countries.

To program, you should have at least a poor understanding of English. Remember though, English is the international language of trades. You should be writing your code in English, your documentations in English, communicating in English, and expecting to have your partners doing exactly the same thing.

Also, if you're looking for information on a poorly documented area, for example, the windows kernel(though the user documentation out there has improved a lot), you likely will not find a translation for it.
