because this site doesnt admit embed videos, and the youtube tool here is a little weird and it doesnt explain how to use it anywhere....

just for you all to know
you just have to paste the final part of the URL between the [youtube ] tags
for example [ YOUTUBE ]0vBhkMYE980&feature=fvst[ / YOUTUBE ] (without the spaces in the tags, and it would show a working video like this
[YOUTUBE]0vBhkMYE980&feature=fvst[/YOUTUBE]
