HELP? gay errors

NTOSKRNL.EXE is missing or corrupt.

i installed a new OS
and the older one yea... it has all my "good stuff" on it i dont want to format it but i cant get into my older OS and i didn't put all the stuff in shared folders D:
i cry's right now some one want to help me out

i get this shit every time i try to go to my other one
