Because there is no other way, you cant use cheat engine and make one, you cant have some address that magically gives you money the one and ONLY way you can get money is by hacking the server where the money is stored, the server gives you money, and take it away, it has nothing to do with your client, so the only way is by illegally hacking into the server.
