How to make a Llama running GIF image?

Can someone teach me how to make a GIF image like the one i have as an avatar? i have Photoshop CS5 and paint, im working on windows 7.

I could make a tutorial for you, here is one that i did for the bootscreen of my htc hero, its not running smoothly because i need to increase the animation speed and add more frames, but i was getting onto a good 200+ frames at this point
