Your Sleep may be the problem, your going to have to give more info.
I keep lagging like crazy when I join a game.
I only have 1 feature on the menu that you can use (Everything else is /* commented). I enable it and I lag like crazy.
That feature is Engine Chams.
I also added sleeps.

if u have a sleep into the renderframe by Gellinsbase u get laggs cause u sleeping that what u see in the game xD
Thanks, but there was no Sleep in the RenderFrame, only in the DirectX.pFont == NULL .
I ended up slapping Sleep(100); everywhere in the DirectX.cpp and it actually worked without lag.
I also slapped some Sleeps in between hacks.
