I always thought that rule was funny.

A staff position, in no way, should grant immunity to criticism.

Although it's understandable they deserve a higher level of respect, when someone seriously has no intention of insulting them and they take it personally, that is THEIR fault.

THEY interpreted it as offensive when it was not made out to be like that.
