2.do i need any programs`? post links to them pls

3.do i need to be host?
4.how can i become host? tryed a few force hosts but didnt work:/

if your gona host mods your likely going to be hosting them in private matches, so you wont need a force host tool, and hosting mods is gona get you a ban, sooner or later. so i dont recomend doing it, but if your already banned use mw2 liberation, it has a built in modloader so thats all you need

well im not banned. so i can use mw2 liberition without getting banned in public?
and also how i activate the modloader? and as i said i would need to be host rigth? but i wont geth host bcuz of my bad computer i think.
