    scanning for steam games updates...

    right so every time i go on my banned account to host lobbies it comes up with this when i try to open my game "Scanning for steam game updates"
    at first i was like ok ill leave it and let it do its job
    but it never goes away D:
    anyone no how to fix this?
    - i have tryed reinstalling the game
    (only place i know where to post as i dont want to post on steam forums cas this account is banned)
