Hacks not working

Well im using PerX injector and im running Windows XP 32 bit,, whenever i inject the hacks it says Injection Successful, but while im in game the Menu or the Hotkeys dont work?? and i tested all the new hacks just released, any reason why it is doing this? Plus CA Lags like hell whenever im playing One Man Army or Cabin Fever

And it cant be my Hardware Cause heres my info:

RAM: 3.5 GB

Please Help and Explain to me why the game lags and why the hacks aint working.

CA went through a patch, don't be too dependent on hacks.

At least have $100 and get a new one
