Telekill is where the camera view moves infront of the person and follow them till you kill them, semi tele kill is where you run some where and set the location of your camera. I.E the enemies spawn point. That's how it was with the last Pub that had it, not sure about this one,

You're right about the telekill but not about the semi-telekill. What you're talking about is teleport where you can save a location and ghost off to it and kill anyone that you can see. Semi-telekill is exactly like the regular telekill except that some times you may teleport to your teammates as well. (Telekill teleports you only to enemies but semi teleports you to enemies and teammates.
