How long does it take nexon to answer tickets?

Longest one was 4days cause I submitted on a Friday after they had close and Monday was a holiday

This is about right. ^ I've had an open ticket for 2 months now

I submmited a ticket on the 27th of july and have gotten no reply expect like 5 messages that say they are currently having a lot of tickets and it will be on a follow up oh and its a ban appeal my account still had 23k in it so How long does it take for them to answer iit

Doubt you'll get unbanned. Nexon don't care, you already purchased the NX. It's not like they have to give your money back if they ban you.

Nexon is very lazy/busy at times. Just keep submitting tickets and I'm sure they'll get to you sometime. :P
