    Official Throught MPGH-Rules & Code Of conduct

    Code Of Conduct
    Rule #1 - Nobody is an oldphag or a newphag, you're all just members of MPGH.
    Rule #2 - As soon as summer is over things will return to normal, this increase of spam happens yearly.
    Rule #3 - Videos and images have their own sections, unless it pertains directly to MPGH (i.e. Moe's videos) it doesn't belong in general.
    Rule #4 - Josh is not dead.
    Rule #5 - There is a middleman group dedicated to trading, don't ask staff to middleman for you.
    Rule #6 - If a person is annoying you, just ignore them. They only want attention.
    Rule #7 - Nobody cares about your twitter updates.
    Rule #8 - Do not beg, request, or ask for staff positions (TM included). If you do it, your chances will go down greatly. If we are recruiting for a position, an application topic will be made. Repeated ignoring of this rule will result in ban, it is highly annoying. 
    Rule #9 - If it can be answered by a simple PM to a person don't make a thread about it instead.
    Rule #10 - PM is for PRIVATE messages. If the conversation is NOT private, do not PM it, leave a visitor message.
    Rule #11 - Don't +1 just because the thread is still open.
    Rule #12 - Just because General doesn't force the rules down your throat doesn't mean you can act like a retard.
    Rule #13 - Spell-check exists for a reason.
    Rule #14 - Don't feed the trolls.
    Rule #15 - There are plenty of trolls on MPGH, and plenty of people looking to make you butthurt. Just remember, this is MPGH... Lighten up, and try and have some fun.
    Rule #16 - Post shit that pertains to the topic posted originally by the OP
    Rule #17 - If a topic is bumped, or is an advertisement... Do NOT reply to it (it benefits them). Just notify the appropriate moderator/minion and let them delete it.
    Rule #18 - Emoticons are fine in moderation, but they shouldn't account for 90% of the post. Try and post things that are constructive.
    Rule #19 - If you're going to spew incoherent flames at random people at least do it in the correct section.
    Rule #20 - The best way to get in contact with a staff member is over MSN, I recommend you download it if you don't already have it. Most of MPGH uses it.
    Rule #21 - If you think your signature is too big... it is.
    Rule #22 - People who represent the site should act appropriately (decent grammar, aware of the rules, helpful)
    Rule #23 - Racism should be avoided unless the targeted members are unaffected/indifferent to it.
    Rule #24 - Don't post QFT. If you agree you don't need to tell everyone about it. If you support the notion, use the thanks or rep button.
    Rule #25 - In order to get a position of power on the site (no matter what it is) you have to put forth some amount of effort. Don't expect to do nothing and spontaneously get a mod position in a section you barely contribute to. Mods are chosen based off their reputation, contributions to the section and the site, their attitude and intellect. Staff are generally chosen by Josh and Liz.
    Rule #26 - If you are unaware of which section your prospective thread should go in, contact a staff member. This saves the section mod from having to move it, and having people say "J00 P0sTed iN Wr0NG SXN"
    Rule #27 - You may apply for a usertitle change every 500 posts. You may apply for an imagetitle every 1000 posts after you have reached 1337 posts.
    Rule #28 - You may apply for a username change every 1000 posts.
    Rule #29 - If you don't get your usertitle, username, or imagetitle, it's probably inappropriate, too long, taken, or too big. Alternatively we don't feel like going through the effort to change it, or it feels like or you already requested one not too long ago. Do not request them by any other means than Visitor Message, we aren't going to drop what we are doing to change it.
    Rule #30 - Picture titles must not be in any way/shape/form similar to tags for staff/special members.
    Rule #31 - Misleading username [TITLE]s will lead to bans or automatic edited username. ([MPGH], [Admin], [Mod], [SA], etc)
    Rule #32 - Minimum requirement for TM is 5000 posts. Just because you have it, doesn't mean you will be selected for TM. Asking will just take away your chances of becoming a TM.
    Rule #33 - Disrespecting staff will result in a ban. Just because you see other members doing it doesn't mean you can get away with it. They most likely know the staff member and joke with each other. If you want to, just make sure you do it in a respective and joking manner, else risk being banned.
    Rule #34 - Members can be part of the "pinkie" usergroup if they are a female, however they must prove that they are. Any doubt, and they will NOT be part of this usergroup.
    Rule #35 - There is no "OLD MPGH"; MPGH is as it has been. Sure new people have joined, they post stupid shit, as did you. Get over it. If you have nothing useful to add to the community, get the fuck out.
    Rule #36 - No begging for rep, thanks, or other forms of the reward system. Not only is it wrong, but you look sad doing it.

    Nazi or reported racist comments (5 Day Ban)*
    Detouring or Bypassing MPGH Filter (2 week ban)*
    Leeching and claiming the hack is your own (3 Day Ban)*
    
    Regulations
    Name & Title Policy
    At least 1,337 posts to request a "Picture Title"
    Picture titles must not be in any way/shape/form similar to Tags for staff/special members.
    Title Changes can be requested to an Admin every 500 posts.
    You need at least 500 posts for a title change.
    You need at least 1,000 posts to request a name change.
    Name Changes can only be requested every 1,000 posts.
    Names cannot be the same as any other member.
    Names cannot be similar, or the same as any Staff member's name.
    Names cannot be or have any form of [MPGH][admin][mod][SA] etc.
    Names & titles cannot have profanity, or any offending induendo.
    * Subject to punishment under the moderator's/admin's discretion. Punishment shown are only a minimum.
    ** Unless Approved by Staff.
