well some1s gunna need to moderate a section if it gets activity..

new sections are hard to get minion for. I spent 6-7 months working in my sections before I got minion for them.
If you do a good job in there, I don't see why you shouldn't get it, but that isn't up to the community. Its up to Dave, Liz, and the uppers.
