The changes were

10906-1/2:
- Re-enabled tempBanClient due to popular demand.
- Increased default badHost_maxHappyPingTime to 300.
- Attempted to make cg_fov not synchronized if the host sets it.
- Added some changes to allow for gametype customization.
- Hopefully fixed stats writing issues both with -1 and fs_game modifications.
