how do i change the actual look of a ..?

how do i change the actual look of a weapon?
for example,
a Mine to Godzilla?
or M416 into Plazma/Ray Gun?
and/or a Frag into a Water balloon?


what files do i need? where do i download it?
or is photoshop cs5 extended pretty much all i need?

nah u need more... u cant change the model of an item.. u can only use exist models

currently you can use Blender and Import/Export scripts to mod mostly anything, But i like 3ds max better because it doesn't lose animation and it's more fun xP
