I want to start making hacks. What do I strat to need learning?. how do I make hacks with like PTC? and VB.net?
also I have quite a alot of experience in VB.NET

I have seen a No Recoil hack coded in VB, but I don't know how it was done. Can't help you there, sorry.

EDIT: No, you have to learn standard coding language, just be patient

Whats launguage is hex editing then? cant you hack using hex editing (But im confued how to activate hex hacks)

Hex Editing is modding, not hacking. Hex Editing makes stuff like RoF "Hacks" (such as superknife and Rapid Fire Guns) and No Postdraw. Hex Editing in CA only took me a few minutes to learn because i've been doing it for a few years. It might take you days-weeks
