    Really basic MODDING quesiotn

    I dont c any1 answering this question when they post mods....

    so when they do "full" conversion mod, for ex. mines to claymore, pistol to usp and etc. What stats it actaully changes? RoF? DMG? recoil? SPread? Port.? plz some1 tell me what exactly it changes besides the LOOKS
