I can make the model in blender, but I'll need someone else to do the texture. Won't look exactly like that, cus that's heaps complex, but it will have the same general shape.
I don't think anyone can do the mine thing you want. Probably only sleepercell or someone from the NOLF community (they make custom weapons all the time)
