I don't think they can really do stuff like that.

But i also got well... almost like this. But at my school. They have this new security thing. It is called... Securus. It censorses words, websites, etc. If it doesnt like it. It screen shots your screen and sends it straight to an admin that is on the computer at that time.

Type in notepad "cmd.bat" that save as cmd.bat... Or something like that...

You have to open notepad and type "cmd" and save it as a batch file (.bat).
Not the other way around.
