Neither of them are bad at all.
Just work on basic things like composition, mainly pertaining to the first one. There's a lot of noise, but has potential.

first one got lots more scratches than the canvas can take .. the sword is over sharpened
second one .. well i dunno u made the katana/sword a source of light , thought i would see more of light effect on the render , try to change the font and text color .
but still thats way better than what i do when i play around xD

1st definitely looks a little spammed, but not to the point of dislike. Still is pretty good, both look a little over-sharpened. Not sure if thats the look you were going for.
