Are we aloud to leach hacks onto Combat Arms hacks if we give proof it works and FULL credits to ALL people who made it + virus scans?

Yes, but the virus scan has to be updated (you scan the same attachment, don't copy the virus scan from the site you leeched it)

it can't have full VIP features.
tat includes full opk / telekill. aimbot, etc;
it can only be a dll, no .exe files

And it must be in a .rar or .zip file with the .rar or .zip file scanned instead of the .dll file.
