If your OS is Vista or wins 7 make sure you disable your UAC. And make sure you have the latest SP for your OS. Dunno what it is?

XP = SP3
Vista = SP2
wins 7 = SP1

Also delete CAV in the combat arms folder.

Also make sure you have directx.11 if vistas 7 or directx 9 for XP

NET.Framework 4 is also required.
